OUR SERVICES
LTG's approach to your organization's Lean transformation is to effect change that is long-lasting. Our experience shows that self-sufficiency is the only way to achieve a sustainable Lean transformation.

While some Lean consultants require that clients commit to placing a consultant at their facilities on a full-time basis, LTG works with clients who have no need for long-term consulting support. Our clients are committed to the principles of Lean and can make changes themselves, but need help in the initial Lean implementation.

We train your team to be self-sufficient in applying Lean tools and Lean techniques. Our "Lean technology transfer" will support this self-sufficiency so that your organization will have the ability to:

•	deploy Lean as a strategy to meet changing business conditions,
•	use value stream mapping to redesign its processes,
•	conduct successful Kaizen activities with internal resources to implement the redesigned processes,
•	follow up systematically to learn how to sustain and continuously improve those processes, and
•	create new Lean leaders ready to take on tomorrow's challenges.

OUR EXPERTISE
We have been leading Lean Transformations for over 20 years; implementing Lean as employees on the floor, transitioning companies to Lean thinking as senior management, and using our on-the-ground experience to provide guidance to other organizations. LTG's president worked for Toyota Motor Company in Japan for over 10 years gaining first-hand experience of the Toyota Lean methodology, and was the first Western employee to hold the rank of manager there. Several LTG partners have worked for Toyota's United States operations.
