Jim Luckman is an executive coach to senior leaders who are committed to creating 21st century teams of problem solvers. Author of Transforming Leader Paradigms, Jim is skilled in supporting senior leadership teams in growing respectful work cultures, accelerating organizational learning, and of course, creating more value for customers.

Jim has been blessed to be a part of solving some of the bigger technological and management puzzles of our time. Jim was the lead product engineer responsible for developing the first digital computer on a car, a 1977 Oldsmobile Toronado. He would later be a vital member of a General Motors team that designed the first computers installed on all cars to meet 1981 emission standards. A longtime faculty member of the Lean Enterprise Institute, Jim holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Trine University and a Master’s in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
