Todd has experience and training skills necessary to facilitate a lean transformation in service, healthcare and manufacturing organizations. His experience includes over six years of manufacturing experience leading continuous improvement initiatives as an industrial engineer. He has focused his lean manufacturing experience on transforming current manufacturing methods from traditional (brown field) to lean enterprise systems.

Todd has extensive experience in training manufacturing associates and conducting continuous improvement workshops during his tenure at Lean Concepts. He has worked with Autocam Inc. to train their manufacturing and administrative associates in the understanding and implementation of lean tools. He has coordinated, lead and trained organizations during their transition from traditional to lean systems. Todd has also consulted on projects with Caterpillar and Sparton. He has lead a Admin Lean Workshop at United Technologies – Pratt & Whitney Division and has helped in the Standardization of Administrative processes at Gordon Foods as they have expanded to the Florida market. Other projects beyond manufacturing have included value stream development for processes such as, Quoting(Bosch and Steelcase), Product Development(Bosch), and Library Material Delivery/Return(Ann Arbor Public Library).

Todd received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Western Michigan University. He is currently working on his Masters Degree in Business Administration at Western Michigan University.
