Guy Parsons LTG Associate Profile

Guy is a leading practitioner in applying Lean principles to non-manufacturing areas such as corporate strategy and finance. In the 1990s, Guy was Jim Womack’s business partner, managing all aspects of their bicycle company, including responsibility for plant floor as well as all business operations. Guy provides lean enterprise consulting, Value Stream Mapping workshops, and educational presentations on Lean Principles. Guy is the former Program Director of the Lean Enterprise Institute and continues to conduct events as a faculty member for the Institute. Guy is widely recognized as an energetic and inspiring speaker and has been a guest lecturer at Babson College and Harvard Business School. Guy received an MBA from Harvard University with a focus on manufacturing strategy and technology implementation.
