Service and Office Lean®
Administrative Lean® introduces the concepts and techniques of the Toyota Production System to office activities such as purchasing, accounting, human resources, engineering, and product design/development. Administrative Lean® Workshops teach Office personnel how to reduce lead-time by decreasing paperwork inventory and document rework to improve process flow:
